Brother James Court is a residential intermediate care facility for up to 98 men with developmental disabilities. We provide for their physical, emotional, social and spiritual welfare through a wide range of programs that are tailored to the individual’s ability and potential.

This year, we have the opportunity to man several state fair gates thanks to the ABC club of Springfield! With that being said, we are in GREAT need of volunteers. Each gate will need 6-10 volunteers depending on the hour. Below you will find a sign up sheet. Please include the requested information along with your requested volunteer time. Feel free to work multiple shifts if you can. Volunteers will get free access and parking to the fair plus a BJC t-shirt. Shift confirmations will be sent out shortly after you register.

There will be a volunteer meeting in early August to go over the details. Thank you so much for your interest and support!

As part of our fundraising activities we are looking for volunteers to work a couple of the Illinois State Fair Gates. Brother James Court will be getting a portion of the proceeds to help fund our programs for our guys at the court. Volunteers will get free access and parking to the fair plus a BJC t-shirt. We ask that you fill out the following form with what days and times you would be available. Feel free to work multiple shifts if you can.
