Brother James Court is located in Springfield, Illinois. Over the past 31 years, BJC has served, regardless of race, ethnic origin, creed, or ability, developmentally disabled men in need of intermediate care. It has provided the highest quality of care, and made sure that these special men have enjoyed life and all its benefits in a manner consistent with the spirit and principles of the Franciscan Brothers of the Holy Cross.
Individual programs meet the residents’ needs, and allow them to live happily at Brother James Court or to move into the community.
Brother James Court is their home and meets their physical, emotional, and psychological needs. This is their home for as long as they need us, and when terminally ill they will have Hospice care at Brother James court... They will always be part of a loving, supportive family.
Brother James Court is the only Intermediate Care Facility of its kind in a 200- mile radius. BJC is a vital asset to developmentally disabled men.
